Key Responsibilities

People Leadership (30%) – Demonstrate clear and effective leadership to all employees within the branch; through performance management, coaching and mentoring, training and individual professional development, and other training opportunities. Provide quality, timely feedback to individuals through formal and informal conversations to support the performance management process.
