Branch Manager – Network & Distribution

Job Description :

• Overseeing daily banking operations within the branches, driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and provide excellent & high-quality customer service.
• Managing & evaluating branch staff performance and training, including coaching process for improving sales and service.
• Fostering community business-relationship, retaining the business, and resolving escalated customer complaints.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, mitigating operational risks.
• To be located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Batam, Balikpapan.

Job Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree.
• 8-9 years of experiences in financial services and managing sales team focused on Priority Banking or Wealth Management Business, including 3-4 years at the management level.
