Our client, a well-established and highly profitable agency is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow their Kelowna office. This role is perfect for a leader ready to make a significant impact, manage a talented team, and contribute to the growth of the office. 

The branch has a dedicated team of Personal Line Advisors and Commercial Line Advisors. And you will be primarily managing on the Personal Line side. 

What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the Kelowna branch, including managing a team of 10-12 employees. 

Lead by example to foster a collaborative, productive, and client-focused environment.

Manage a diverse book of Personal Lines (PL) and Auto insurance, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
