Our client, a well-established and highly profitable agency, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow their Kelowna office. The branch has a dedicated team of Personal Line Advisors and Commercial Line Advisors. You will primarily manage the Personal Lines side.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kelowna branch, including managing a team of 10-12 employees.
• Lead by example to foster a collaborative, productive, and client-focused environment.
• Manage a diverse book of Personal Lines (PL) and Auto insurance, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team members handling Commercial Lines and support various office functions.
• Work closely with the current management to ensure smooth operations and transition planning.
