Branch Manager- DHA Branch
Job Purpose:
Lead branch operations with a strong focus on deposit mobilization, sales growth, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive deposit growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
Acquire new customers (individual, SME, corporate) and promote deposit products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Ensure smooth branch operations and service excellence.
Lead, coach, and monitor branch staff performance.
Ensure compliance with AML/KYC, SBP regulations and internal policies.
Prepare performance and deposit trend reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of banking experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of deposit products and branch operations.
