Role Summary

The Branch Manager, internally known as Insite Manager is a pivotal on‑site leader responsible for the seamless delivery of the customer contract at a major aerospace organisation based in Cardiff. As the dedicated Rubix representative on site, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and act as the trusted point of contact for the customer.

Reporting to the Regional Insite Manager, you will oversee all aspects of on‑site performance, including inventory management, service excellence, continuous improvement and the achievement of contractual KPIs. This role blends operational leadership, customer relationship management, commercial awareness and problem‑solving to drive value and strengthen our partnership with the customer.
