Job Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
• Driving sales of loans, cheque cashing and in store promotions
• Balancing daily transactions
• Planning budgets and monitoring revenue and expenses
• Recruiting, training and inspiring your team
• Planning, directing and evaluating all daily operations
• Reporting to your District Manager on a daily basis
