Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 8 years of Banking experience
✔ Maximum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank
✔ Strong experience in Branch Banking, CASA, Assets, Liabilities, and Team Management
✔ Proven track record in driving branch business and profitability
Key Responsibilities
• Drive branch business growth across Assets and Liabilities
• Achieve CASA, Retail Asset, and Cross-sell targets
• Lead and mentor branch sales and operations teams
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and audit adherence
• Build strong customer relationships and acquire new business
• Deliver superior customer service and branch profitability
