A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients forward thinking and highly successful Estate Agency in the Blackburn area. Our clients are seeking a Branch Manager with good leadership skills, who can list successfully to the market.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday
Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
A basic salary up to £30,000
Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
Business Mileage paid
Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
Strong leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
Strong listing experience and track record.
Full UK driving license and access to own car 
Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
