BRANCH MANAGER (BHUBANESHWAR & RANCHI)

Role Overview:

The role involves spearheading corporate relations, business development, and growth strategies for L&T across traditional and emerging businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships, enhancing corporate image, leading new age business verticals, and driving employee engagement and competency development initiatives in alignment with the organization’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and sustain strong relationships with Government officials, key customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives to support growth across L&T’s business verticals.
• Enhance the company’s corporate image by engaging with corporate houses, bureaucrats, and government agencies.
• Responsible for generating business for L&T Construction Equipment Limited, Modification, Revamp and Upgrade of Heavy Engineering, Special Steel & Heavy Forging. ...
