Branch Manager Batam

The candidate in this position will be responsible for ensuring operational activities (sales, receivables, warehouse, delivery) at the branch run efficiently and effectively, in accordance with company rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of sales plans, activities, and programs, and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned area.
• Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
• Achieve distribution width by expanding to new geographies and depth in current towns/ markets
• Identifies channel opportunities and takes initiative to drive growth
• Supervise warehouse conditions and stock of goods
• Ensure delivery of goods goes according to target
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
