About the Role

The role ensures accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, proper documentation, and adherence to company inventory control standards. You will supervise branch inventory staff, conduct audits, analyze data, and coordinate with supply chain and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises branch inventory personnel and ensures compliance with company inventory protocols.
• Monitors stock levels, conducts regular physical counts, and reconciles variances.
• Implements inventory control systems and process improvements across branches.
• Reviews purchase orders, deliveries, tagging, stock transfers, and receiving processes.
• Coordinates with suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and purchasing for accurate stock movement.
