Branch Business Account Manager

Your Role

Branch Business Account Manager (BBAM) – Full‑time, Permanent, based in Vancouver, BC, reporting directly to the Branch Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members to understand their complete financial picture and cash flow.
• Provide tailored, needs‑based advice documented in CRM as part of an ongoing relationship continuum.
• Proactively connect with members to identify opportunities across personal and business banking.
• Manage complex transactions including lending, deposits, and residential mortgages.
• Complete retail and business account openings and credit applications.
• Participate in branch campaigns, offers, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal partners and specialists to deliver full‑spectrum financial solutions.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive, and relationship‑focused member experience.
