The Branch Associate (Trade) manages the end-to-end delivery and accounts receivable (AR) processes for Trade and Project accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing, efficient coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to financial and operational standards. The role supports cash flow through proactive monitoring and resolution of outstanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in alignment with government-mandated guidelines and LGU regulations.
• Oversee the timely creation of Delivery Receipts (DR) and perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions in the system to ensure accurate and on-time product deliveries.
