Job Description

Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations while educating customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) in accordance with policy and process. As a Branch Advisor within FNB Points of Presence (POP), you will provide compliant, professional financial advice and support existing clients in a high‑volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance.
