Branch Admin Cum Warehouse Assistant

Working Location will be across Malaysia.

Provide operational support to the Branch Manager/Executive by ensuring thorough document and report validation, as well as timely submission.

Job Requisition

• To understand and manage the full Loading and Unloading process until completion of the synchronization stage, including version creation, final confirmation, handling tour late changes, and performing reloads.
• To carry out weekly and monthly Warehouse Physical Inventory (PI) procedures, ensuring accurate stock counting and recording, proper PI closing in SAP, and timely generation and submission of all related reports. Full transparency must be maintained throughout every stock count process.
• To prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports (e.g., Branch Journal, VSS, RSS, and other related reports) and submit them promptly to the Branch Control Department.
