**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team in Kent, OH. This role involves setting up and operating brake press machines to produce accurate parts according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up brake press machines with the correct materials, tools, and dies.
+ Adjust machine settings to meet required specs and tolerances.
+ Run CNC and/or manual brake press machines, including making or editing programs as needed.
+ Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
+ Check production using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
+ Ensure all parts meet quality standards and requirements.
+ Move finished parts safely using cranes, hoists, or other lifting equipment.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
