Are you an experienced Support Worker or Rehabilitation Assistant with a passion for helping others live life to the fullest? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated female support workers to join a friendly, long-standing care team supporting a gentleman with a brain injury in Heathfield, East Sussex.
 
The Role:
 
You’ll support “Jack,” a 54-year-old family man, at home and in the community. Jack sustained a traumatic brain injury and complex physical injuries 7 years ago. He’s a wheelchair user, Type 1 Diabetic, and requires structured, step-by-step support to live a full, independent life.
