Key Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Lead inclusive, high-volume recruitment efforts, with a target of 10 hires per month
Collaborate with the marketing team to attract top candidates for multilingual and sales-focused roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a hybrid environment (3-4 days in the office)
Stay on top of hiring goals and key metrics to drive recruitment success
