Conducts orientation processes for new hire agents and creates essential presentations tailored to program requirements. Facilitates learning plans to prepare company members to fulfill tier 1 tasks while accommodating the needs of learners and the company. Identify learning opportunities and training gaps.
Responsibilities- Facilitate training for new hires while identifying and addressing areas of opportunity, risks, and future potential to support the operation.
- Create training presentations tailored to the four adult learning styles, supporting comprehensive learning plans.
- Gauge effectiveness of the training content and communicate areas of opportunity in all training-related activities.
- Use LMS platforms to assign and complete courses and export results.
