In this role of Business Process Expert you will ensure **robust and compliant, Finance access management capabilities** by owning the E2E process design, readiness, and adoption.
**Your role:**
**1. Process & Capability Ownership**
+ Own and evolve **complex Finance access management capabilities** for Business, Region & Zones and Functions organizations, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
+ Define and maintain the **access management roadmap** , focusing on the proper access for Finance job positions in all finance domains.
+ Establish **minimum access management process standards,** the future access management governance and procedures..
**2. E2E Design & SAP Alignment**
+ Drive and Co-create **fit-for-purpose access management processes** and embed access management into the Philips Process Framework.
+ Ensure proper build up of single and composite SAP Authorization roles
