Boutique Manager H/F

For a renowned luxury Maison, we are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and manage a team of Sales
• Drive sales performance and develop the local client base
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure premium service
• Use CRM tools to support follow-up and loyalty actions
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Ensure stock accuracy, reporting, and brand standards compliance

Your Profile

• 10+ years of retail experience, ideally in premium/luxury
• Proven track record in sales growth and client development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with good analytical abilities
• Fluent in French and English
• Service-oriented, proactive, and organized
