Our client Work Together is hiring a BOQ Quantity Surveyor in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and ensure accuracy of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.
• Measure and estimate material quantities and project timelines.
• Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Analyze project data and prepare reports on material costs, labor costs, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and services needed for projects.
• Conduct risk, value management, and cost control exercises.
• Advise on procurement strategy and contract management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulations in all aspects of project delivery.
