Bookkeeping Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our growing accounting team! If you're experienced in managing multiple client accounts and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Categorize and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Manage vendor invoices through Bill.com.
• Prepare organized workpapers and support month-end close activities.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding items proactively.
• Collaborate with accountants and bookkeeping team members.
• Help improve and document bookkeeping processes and SOPs.
