Through this RFQ, Capital Region BOCES seeks to utilize NYS OGS Award #23246 to obtain temporary staffing to assist with school tax processing.
The schedule and number of individuals needed, as indicated in Attachment #12, is tentative and subject to change. Up to 10 individuals are needed and the estimated end date is Friday, October 16th. No permanent or part-time position vacancy exists.
Work Requirements
Work tasks include but are not limited to the following, listed in order of importance:
+ confirming checks are filled out correctly/completely
+ grouping tax bill payment stubs and payment checks
+ data lookups
+ data entry
+ processing tax payments
+ preparing bank deposits
+ printing ...
