You'll handle 6-8 SME clients across various industries, managing monthly reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll processing, and year-end accounts. This role involves direct client communication, preparation of management reports, financial analysis, and supporting our senior accountants with more complex tax planning and advisory work. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring ATO compliance, identifying process improvements, and delivering timely financial information that helps our clients make better business decisions.
