Requirements
- Matric with relevant qualifications
- 4-6 Years experience as a Bookkeeper
- Excellent Administration experience
- Excellent Reconciliation experience
- Experience working on MS Office, M365, IQ Enterprise
Responsibilities
- Manage the full creditors function, including processing invoices, preparing reconciliations, liaising with suppliers, allocating payments, issuing remittances, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of subcontractor payments.
- Perform daily bank processing and reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Load and prepare payments for approval and release in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage the debtors function by following up on outstanding payments, issuing statements, resolving customer queries, and processing sundry invoices.
