Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong communication skills and experience managing multiple entities or properties? Our client, a growing and dynamic company in West Hollywood, is seeking a proactive professional to join their team full-time, in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain accurate general ledgers for multiple properties and entities

+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor payments, invoicing, and tenant rent collection

+ Prepare and update rent rolls, vacancy reports, reconciliations, and owner statements
