Senior Bookkeeper & Tax Support Specialist

Locations: Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga, Medellín
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)
Key Functions:
Full senior bookkeeping management (after-the-fact)
Cleanup of accounting books and monthly/annual closings
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
US tax support (Drake)
Preparation and review of financial and tax information
Written communication with clients (email)
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or tax support
Experience with US tax processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
Advanced English (C1 level, spoken and written)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
