Bookkeeper

We’re hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper for a UK-based IT MSP (remote role).

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how MSP finances work, especially around recurring billing, tools, and licensing.

Key responsibilities:

Manage books using QuickBooks

Prepare monthly reports and invoices

Handle bank statement reconciliation and consolidation

Track tools, subscriptions, and licensing costs

Ensure accurate financial records and timely billing

Should be aware of UK VAT Returns. 

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with a IT MSP company

Strong understanding of UK accounting practices

Comfortable with IT tools and licensing models

Detail-focused and able to work independently

Basic understanding of AI tools to improve efficiency

Role details:

4 hours per day (part-time)

Fully remote

Salary: ₹35,000 (in-hand)
