Bookkeeper (Quickbooks Online)

We are looking for a Bookkeeper (QBO Expert) who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping best practices.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities

• Record and post journal entries accurately and timely
• Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO), including:
  • Payment discrepancies related to Deposit to Account.
  • Credit card sync errors and related reconciliation
  • Incorrectly applied payments
  • Integrations with third-party payment software
• Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger
• Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting
