Bookkeeper

Our client, a well-established public accounting firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small business clients and managing full cycle bookkeeping across a diverse portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting clients with day-to-day financial operations while collaborating closely with internal accounting and tax teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients across various industries
• Perform accounts payable and receivable processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and working papers
• Assist with HST filings and other indirect tax remittances
