Bookkeeper

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounting functions within a fast-paced music and entertainment environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client accounts, and ensuring timely reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments


• Perform bank and account reconciliations, including tour accounting


• Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records


• Process payroll submissions through third-party providers


• Review and code credit card transactions


• Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation


• Serve as a point of contact for clients, tour managers, and staff


• Assist with daily financial inquiries and communications
