Job Description
We are seeking a Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires someone responsible and detail-oriented who can manage day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks efficiently, anticipate needs, improve processes, and maintain accurate financial and operational records. The ideal candidate is structured, dependable, and capable of handling multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of their work.
Duties/Tasks to Perform:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Process payroll and calculate required remittances
- Prepare and file GST and PST returns
- File WCB reports
- Prepare T4, T4A, and T5 slips
