Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking a disciplined, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of their work, maintains exceptional accuracy, and thrives in a structured, multi‑company environment.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial information while supporting the Financial Manager in maintaining strong financial controls across the business.

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Maintain accurate general ledger, creditors, and debtors
• Oversee and control the creditors’ function
• Review payroll outputs and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis
• Prepare bi‑monthly cash flow reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow forecasts
• Submit VAT, PAYE, and statutory returns accurately and on time
