Job Description
Our client is a private memebers organisation that award senior status to those who reach the superior status of the organisation. They also uses their offices as spaces for meetings and hosting private events. Candidates must be aware that this is a part time role (15-20 hrs per week), 3 days on-site in Mayfair.
Duties:
* Reconciliation (via online and cheque deposit) and chasing up outstanding payments
* End-to-end monthly payroll, including pensions and HMRC submissions
* reimbursement of expenses
* invoices received reconciliation and payment
* company debit card reconciliation
* reimbursement of any overpayments made
* process and reconciliation of payments and invoices received for events.
* preparation of annual accounts for independent examination and approval
* preparation of annual accounts for Companies House return (for a dormant company)
* creating P45, P60 and P11d forms as needed
