• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
• Data entry, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of bank feeds
• Preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns (including margin schemes and other VAT schemes)
• Processing monthly CIS returns
• Preparation of management accounts
• Use of systems including Xero, Sage, Dext, and Hubdoc
• Ensuring adherence to internal workflows and strict deadlines
• Assisting with client registrations and government gateway setup
