About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing property management company. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reconciliations, processing transactions, and delivering reliable reporting across multiple properties and business entities.

The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping experience within property management and hands-on experience using Buildium and QuickBooks Online. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
