Role Summary

We are looking for a
Senior Bookkeeper
to own day-to-day bookkeeping operations and maintain
accurate, audit-ready financial records
across multiple entities. This role works closely with the Controller and plays a key part in ensuring reliable financial reporting and compliance.

This is
not a data-entry role
— strong ownership and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• Record transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with no backlog.
• Track AP and AR consistently.
• Support payroll and expense management.
• Prepare clean financial reports for Controller review.
• Flag issues early and propose solutions.
