Bookkeeper

PLEASE READ:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant with at least 2 years of FULL-TIME and hands-on experience specifically in the US construction industry.

Applicants must also hold a valid QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification. Only candidates who meet both criteria:
Construction Accounting Experience
and
QB ProAdvisor certification
will be considered.

Key Outcomes

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording all day-to-day transactions, including expenses, invoices, receipts, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile accounts weekly across bank statements, credit cards, and internal records, ensuring discrepancies are identified, reported, and resolved within 3 business days.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements) to leadership by the 5th business day of each month, providing clear visibility into company perfo...
