Our client - an independent company providing medical services to the private HealthCare sector and the NHS are recruiting for a new role as a Bookings Coordinator.
As the Bookings Coordinator you will be directly responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to patients, consultants, secretaries, and clinical teams at the clinic based in Central London.
Hours are 35 hours per week - Monday – Friday – working either 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm depending on the clinic requirements.
Main duties and responsibilities
* To handle calls and work as part of the bookings team, providing the first point of contact for Patients, Consultants, Practice Managers, handling all external enquiries via both the telephone and email.
* To ensure all calls and enquiries are answered quickly, efficiently and within timeframes whilst providing a high quality and professional service.
* To update and manage the diary and to maintain/exceed a minimum book...
