Bookings Clerk - Rola VW Hermanus

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Automotive Bookings Clerk for our VW Hermanus dealership. As one of the faces of our dealership's service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating and managing all incoming calls for workshop bookings, booking-in of customers vehicles, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
