We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our company in Palma to reinforce our team for the season. As a Booking Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers, offering assistance before, during and after their holidays. You will handle a wide variety of requests and incidents, ensuring quick, effective and customer-oriented solutions that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact point for customers providing support via phone, email and digital channels.


• Manage pre-in and post-trip assistance ensuring a seamless customer journey


• Handle and coordinate requested related to:
