About the Role

Randstad is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our team for an ongoing, Monday-to-Friday position. This role is heavily focused on mild steel workshop fabrication. If you take pride in your workmanship, thrive in a busy workshop environment, and possess strong structural fabrication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• High-quality MIG and Stick (MMAW) welding on mild steel.

• Comprehensive structural and general steel fabrication.

• Cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparing materials to precise specifications.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment.
