Join a skilled, hands-on crew in Rutherford. We’re seeking an experienced fabricator or trade‑qualified boilermaker to manufacture structural steel frames for modular buildings, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricating structural steel frames from drawings and job specifications
• Performing high quality welding and ensuring structural accuracy
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings with precision
• Completing daily equipment checks, basic tool maintenance and safety checks
• Assisting with general workshop duties, housekeeping and clean up

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Boilermaker / Fabrication experience
• Strong background in structural steel fabrication
