BodyShop Manager - Hull

BP Rolls Hull is seeking an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead our automotive & commercial fleet repair and refinishing operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Vehicle Repair Bodyshop environments and estimating, who can combine technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-quality repairs, excellent customer service, and efficient workshop performance across all team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring workflow efficiency and productivity targets are met
• Manage and support a team of technicians & painters
• Produce accurate and timely repair estimates using industry-standard systems
• Monitor job progress from estimate through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved
