Role Overview

Dalhousie Public School seeks an experienced and compassionate Boarding Housemaster/Housemistress to lead its residential community, ensuring student well-being, discipline, and holistic development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure student welfare, safety, and pastoral care

• Oversee daily boarding operations, discipline, and routines

• Support academic progress and supervise prep

• Manage and lead boarding staff

• Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership

• Organize co-curricular and life-skills activities

• Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards
