Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Schools

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting. In this role, the BCBA will provide comprehensive clinical oversight, direct support to behavioral providers, and collaborative guidance to school personnel to promote positive student outcomes. The BCBA will deliver regular supervision to behavioral staff, ensuring ethical and effective implementation of behavioral interventions, while also offering general supervision to other behavioral professionals and participating in meetings such as IEPs and team consultations.
