Job Description

We are presently recruiting for a BMS Engineer for our clients in County Limerick. You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of building management systems. You will ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, and security systems and troubleshoot issues, program control strategies, monitor system performance. This is a permanent, full-time position with travel nationwide required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on BMS Systems (Upgrades)

  • BMS Systems (Planned Preventative Maintenance)

  • Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, and other building services.

  • Develop and program control strategies for energy-efficient building operations.

  • Assist in controls & automation designs for projects.

  • Preparation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Detailed Design Specification (DDS) from the User Requirement Specification (URS)
