We're looking for an experienced BMC Helix Solution Architect to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on modernising IT Service Management, automation, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver BMC Helix solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and Automation
Lead platform integrations with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and enterprise applications
Drive automation, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled service management initiatives
Define architecture standards, governance and best practices
Support ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management processes
